January School Holidays

16 young people aged 13 years and over attended our 2010 Canoe School, forming lifelong friendships as they camped and canoed 145 kilometres down the Whanganui River from Taumarunui to Pipiriki. 

The young people underwent two days of training before heading off down the river for five days of adventure, enjoying a naturalwaterslide into the river, and getting up close and personal with some native bats at John Coull Hut.

Be in early, this school fills well before the closing date of 30 November 2010.
